The 12th edition of ICW Fear & Loathing is officially in the record books.
The event, which has been dubbed Scotland’s Wrestlemania, took place over two nights for the first time from Glasgow’s SWG3.
It was a stacked card from top to bottom over the weekend as ICW looked to round off their big events in 2019 in style.
World champions were in high demand across the two days, with three in total in the house. One of which was newly crowned, with new IMPACT Champion Sami Callihan in the house. He was part of one of the higher profile matches of night one as he squared off with BT Gunn.
To many though, Saturday was all about the third in the series of Good Housekeeping matches between Wolfgang and Liam Thomson. Not only was Liam’s precious sink on the line, but so was his Zero-G Championship.
Night Two would certainly put the I in ICW. Death match country had came to town in the form of Kings of Insanity. Kings of Catch took the ultimate risk to defend their tag team titles against The Purge in an encounter not for the faint hearted.
The battle for the richest prize in Scottish wrestling concluded the weekend with Stevie Boy defending the ICW World Title against Joe Coffey.
All this and so much more – including the return both nights to ICW of Noam Dar – made for some cracking viewing.
Here, Allan and his panel look back at what was a memorable Fear & Loathing weekend.
