2018 Half Year Review
We brought together the best panel to discuss those times that you see a wrestler, WWE and beyond appear in a film or a TV show, how it may have affected their career in a positive or a negative way and also fantasy cast some of our favourite films.
We look back at the year so far in our 2018 half year review.

Report cards out, it’s time for our half year 2018 review.
It’s already been a rollercoaster year to date, so let’s summarise quickly before we get to the show.
Chris Jericho and Kenny Omega tore up Japan at the 12th annual Wrestle Kingdom event. In response, WWE finally delivered two Royal Rumble winners we actually wanted. Shame they’ve dropped the ball with both of them in the months since.
Speaking of the Rumble, we saw a fighting mega star make her debut. Whilst there was doubts in the months that followed if she’d be any good, she delivered big time of the grandest stage of them all.
That grand stage was of course Wrestlemania 34. Unlike with past Mania’s of recent years, hopes were high coming in. And two hours in, it looked to be living up to billing for a change. Sadly, the excitement quickly faded as we were treated to the worst Wrestlemania main event in years.
There was controversy as WWE held a show in Saudi Arabia. Plus there were falls as Titus O’Neil got a good look under the ring and Braun Strowman threw Kevin Owens from great heights on a number of occasions.
It is certainly fair to say that 2018 has been eventful so far. That is most certainly the case for this week’s host Ross Mcleod. Having went through emotional hell watching the Lionheart-Jackie Polo match unfold at Barramania, he takes the panel through the first six months of the year in our 2018 half year review.
